Jims

Jims birth he cooked Beef Braciola with Polenta and called for wines to match. My contribution was the Wm Harrison and the Tangles
A Chablis, a wanna be Chablis and a pre-bottling blend of a 2021 Edna Valley. The Edna Valley wine was wonderful and estery, no table determined at this point.
Bagged, and discussed before dinner. For me the Tangles, Wm Harrison were great. The Rinaldi and Brunello needed the food tho show properly. The Wise Acre and Prieure-Lichine far behind
Loving evenly
2017 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling Spätlese 92 Points
Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer
Classic aromatics, bit of botrytis, great acid balance to sweetness and a clean lingering finish. A super wine, good value.
