Pre-phylloxera Verdejo vines in the Los Navales vineyard, completely natural wine making, fermented and aged in oak for ten months on the fine lees, followed by ten months in stainless steel, bottled unfined and unfiltered without added sulfite, 13.5% ABV. Quite broad and structured in style, with old vine creaminess augmented by the long ageing on the lees (albeit without bâtonnage), relaxed and harmonious, richly textured, very good persistence. Very expensive at Euro 120 on the list for a wine which retails around Euro 27.50.
