Raspberry, black cherry and some cinnamon spice on the nose. I really like the density on the palate with sweet red and black fruits but also plenty of structure to match. Brings surprising extract and fruit power for it's level, I think it should age well over 7-10 years and should be at its peak around that point.
Plums, red floral notes, raspberry and cherry aromatics. Palate is quite ripe and fruit forward though there is an undercurrent of acidity that cleans things up. Not sure that this has the structure to give it extended aging but should be decent drinking over the next 5 years.
Graphite, blackcurrant and stems on the nose. Very tight on the palate, carries a lot of coiled power within - though currently the structure is the focus. This has the makings of something really good with time and is very representative of the Dujac style.

Roses and violets, blackberry, smoky spices and graphite driven aromatics. The palate is superbly balanced, has lift and verve with delicate fruit but also has plenty of depth. Beautifully composed and just a joy to drink. Pricing is crazy but that's all you can try to hold against it. Wow.
Light ruby colour. Nosy is all about the cherry and redcurrant with ashy and orange notes supporting. Sappy on the palate, good acidity and light red fruit leads it to feel fresh. I feel like this has structure but it's not one for the long term, maybe another 7-8 years would work
Aromas of smoke, iron, some toast and cherry on the nose. Palate is quite full and rich, but has very good fine grained tannin to prop it up and reign it in with the finish feeling quite taut. Good potential to improve over the next 10 years.
Ashy, roses, earthy truffle and plummy - some contrasts to unravel on the nose. Palate is sweet upfront but tightens up across the line and the tannins end up providing a pucker to the mouthfeel - ending with medium length as a result. I think the tannins will settle and this could do with more age to let that happen.

Purple edges. Bold aromas with licorice and mint, raspberry and chocolate. The palate is full and ripe, with no rough edges to it. Decent length and some tannin just making itself known towards the finish. It's well made, though not particularly distinctive.

Inky coloured with a purple rim. Quite a lift to the nose with raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry and ground coffee notes. Palate is similarly bold, though it keeps its energy up well and flows into a medium length finish. Feels like this is high quality, though doesn't deliver to the price asked.
A little tropical bent on the nose, with pineapple and pear along with some vanilla and smoky notes. Seems quite ripe and mouth filling upfront on the palate but it brings it back into focus with good acid and structure - excellent length. Packs a lot of punch into its frame.
France, Burgundy, Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune
Pear and peach with a light herbal note in the background. Palate is quite light on depth and length with some herbs notes as well. A bit wishy washy. Coming back as it warms up the herbs show through even more and start to get distracting.
Vanilla and lemon curd, grapefruit and graphite on the nose. Rich fruit envelops the palate, that ripe fruit carries across the entire length. It's balanced but definitely on the larger side - feels like it should age well if that baby fat drops away though.
