Introduction

Drank Four French wines to make the night spectacular

Flight 1 - Lynch Bages 1982

Full bodied and fruity the cassis and minerals intertwine with a hint of vanilla- 93 lovely wine

Flight 2 - Palmer 1999

Magnificent this garden of voilets has stature and elegance. Blackberry and blueberry tied together with licorice give this high percentage of merlot wine a wonderful finish.

Flight 3 - Pichon Baron 1982

Purple and classic! This dense expressive wine has a cedar and black currant nose-smokey and earthy it is drinking wonderfully.

Flight 4 - Pichon Baron 1990

The 90 Pichon Baron is a lurking black purple prize, roasted and ripe, a full bodied voluptuous evening to remember. The intoxicating bouquet of cedar, licorice, cassis, blackberry, coffee, and spice makes this enticing treat a morning, noon, and night (all day long) wine. Wonderful concentration with low acidity, the delicious fruit and sweet tannin of this perfectly structured wine, are impressed on my memory permanently. On the palate, there is gorgeous texture and mouthful to savor. Love this wine and love sharing it with friends to whom you want to expose the glory of and the reason for fine wine
