    France, Champagne

    Great color, lots of bubbles formed a lovely mousse, nose of Chardonnay/citrus fruit and pleasant yeast, same on the palate, dry, tasty, and a fine, long finish.

    Lovely, rich fruit on the nose, tiny bubbles, great Rose color in the glass, big body, good acid, tasty cherry flavors, and a long, long finish.

    More restrained nose, high alcohol, good, rich, woody taste, opened nicely during the tasting, medium body, medium finish, for $11 its young, needs 2 years.

    Great, rich, fruity nose, hint of bacon, almost brilliant plum color in the glass, nice, rich, smoky and fruity taste on the palate, lovely, tasty, great rich fruit on the finish, a terrific surprise for me. I bought a bottle at $24.
