2015 Château de Saint Cosme Gigondas 93 Points

France, Rhône, Southern Rhône, Gigondas

Dark and intense black plum fruit combined with black pepper and roasted meat. It has a slight touch of VA but not in a defective way.
It is very "open" and has a nice floral touch yielding both violets and lavender. Very solid and wine.

Coconut, raspberry and dark plums with a touch of VA. Coffee and oak influence is present but also some very harsh tannins.
Unstructured and unbalanced.

Toasted oak and raspberry fruit but also a touch of red plums. Quite lush and with a sweet raspberry touch but in a decent balance with a piercing acidity. Lovely wine!
