Cool and transparent style, aromatic nose with sweet black fruit (plums, cassis), herbal notes (thyme, sage) and hints of earth, leather and game; elegant and silky palate with papery tannins, medium weight, savoury notes, long and aromatic finish with good resonance and a hint of vanilla. Very enticing.
