Since I was the first to arrive, Jack allowed me to pick a Champagne and a Red Wine.
Opened, duty, fruity on the nose and palate, improved the next two hours in the glass, rich, tasty with floral noes on the palate, needs 2 more years to peak, lovely and elegant, medium/long finish.
