Introduction
We all had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought. All wines were poured fully blind, also not knowing when your own wine was poured.
2021 Carl Ehrhard Rüdesheim Spätburgunder Blanc de Noirs trocken 88 Points

Minerals and some red berries in the bouquet. On the palate tasty and full bodied and still a bit sparkling. White fruits, some caramel, white fruits and impressions of nuts. Fresh and good acidity.

Red berries and just a slight dose of noticeable oak in the bouquet. On the palate the oak is a bit more evident, red berries, a bit lactic, cherries and strawberries, a firm amount of acidity and sticky tannin.

Beautiful and complex bouquet with minerals, beautifully dosed oak, earth, autumn forest and some mushrooms. On the palate red berries and mineral impressions, red and dark berries, good acidity and a slight touch of sweetness, some smoke as well. Harmonious and beautiful wine with a good length, but unfortunately a bit overpriced.
