    Information provided by merchant, 55% PN, 45% C, dosage 7g/l, golden in colour, citrus, sweet on the palate with notes of caramel, nutty, creamy mousse, high acid with med to long grapefruit finish. Good classic house champagne

    Information from merchant, 70% C, 30% PN, 9g/l, first bottle was slight corked. From a fresh bottle, fresh, orange, not so expressive, good pure fruits, lime, linear, racy acid. Good energy on the palate

  • 2008 Rare Champagne

    Information from merchant, 70% C, 30% PN, 10g/l, pronounced aromas of citrus, good fruits, lift at the back, fresh nuts, oxidative on the palate, dense with good profile, fine mousse, lively acid, super persistent finish. Lots of fruits with good weight and finely balanced.

    Information from merchant, 70% C, 30% PN, 10g/l, caramel, nuts, lemon, asparagus, beautiful linear palate, good precise, amazing finish. Higher acidity compared to 2008 with good zing. Structured finish.

    Information from merchant, 75% C, 25% PN, 9.5g/l, from a magnum, lovely freshness despite the age, aggressive moose, dense good weight, orange peel, citrus, structured finish, lots going on in the palate adding to the complexity. Lovely

    Information from merchant, 56% C, 44% PN, 9.5g/l, raspberry, liquorice, like a cough syrup, muted, creamy moose, good mouthfeel, high acid, flavours muted. Perhaps needs a little more time.
