Made with 100% Pinot Blanc. Not a lot of varietal typicity, tight and salty, tart citrus, on the green side, good length. Not enthusiastic. PS: I know that Jasper Morris gave this 5*, that's why I wanted to try it, but I searched in vain.

Good fruit and freshness, lively and floral, the oak is quite sweet and toasty though, creamy elegance, gentle tannins, quite toasty on the finish too.
Elegant and intense, concentrated but light on its feet, beautifully balanced, spicy and rich, starting to show some evolution, good depth, long and flowing finish. Very fine.
Made from 100% Cuis Chardonnay planted in 1974, vinified in barrique, full malo, aged for 8 months on th full lees, bottled unfiltered in May 2019 disgorged November 2023, dosage 1.5 gr/l. Deep and intense, creamy lemon, spicy minerality, bracing acidity, flowers and a whiff of nuttiness, mild bitters, green apple, excellent length.
