2022 Ori Marani Revoir un printemps

TERROIRS: Lamiskana (Kartli), Rupoti (Imereti), Vartsikhe (Imereti) Chokataouri (Guria)
GRAPE/BLEND: 50% Tsitska from Terjola, 20 % Chkhaveri from Guria, 30% Aladasturi from Vartsikhe.
WINEMAKING: Tsitska was harvest the 1st of October and was direct pressed, fermentation took place in Qvevri and old French oak.
Aladasturi was picked on the 14th of October and was direct pressed, fermentation took place in barrels.
Chkhaveri was harvested the 22th of November and fermented on skins for 12 days in Qvevri then was racked to an old barrel.
The final blend was aged both in Qvevri and old oak barrel. The wine was bottled unfined with a minimal amount of So2. Qvevri went through a coarse filtration.

2022 Ori Marani Saperavi Nita

TERROIRS: Khashmi Village | Sagarejo municipality | Kakheti region 700m altitude
GRAPE/BLEND: Saperavi from Khashmi.
Harvested the 18th of September
WINEMAKING: Meticulous sorting at the winery, before adding whole clusters directly in Qvevris, with an addition of pressed juice.
Fermentation and maceration for around 14 days with indigenous yeasts.
The wine has been racked to old French oak barrel and Qvevri to achieve malolactic fermentation and age slowly for another 6 months.
The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with a minimal amount of So2.
