    Light, floral notes, some brioche, light profile, citrus notes.
    Palate is crunchy, citrus notes, dried mango/papaya notes, a touch smoky, med body, nice carbonation, some tropical fruit notes, med finish.
    Friendly, forward, nice to have on its own

  • NV Baron Albert Champagne L'Enchanteresse Brut Rosé

    Bright strawberry color, cherry notes, a few strange cheesy notes too.
    Palate with high carbonation, high acidity, cherry, currant notes, yeast notes, long finish, full body, showing depth and concentration

  • 2017 Baron Albert Champagne La Préférence brut

    France, Champagne

    Citrus, concentrated, dry profile, fruit forward, spice frame, yeast notes.
    Palate with structure, citrus notes, high acidity, depth, bright fruit, a touch bitter but not aggressively so, full body, mineral, long finish, powerful.
    Its a bit tight, give it time, nice oak/nutty frame

    Floral notes, broad profile, nice nutty frame, almond, a few smoky notes, stone fruit notes.
    Palate is smooth, stone fruit, nectarine notes, full body, nice carbonation that sees to focus squarely on your gums (!!!!), long smooth finish.

  • NV Baron Albert Champagne L'Eclatante Blanc de Blancs

    Easy, smooth, subtle profile, balanced between citrus fruit, yeast and floral notes. It demonstrates individual bits of the all the previous cuvees.
    Nice palate, juicy, crunchy, nice carbonation, structure, citrus notes, vinosity (like the 2017 vintage before), full body, long finish.
    Feels simple but its far from it

    The wine shows teh profile of the previous rose, mineral, red fruit, a few smoke notes, again the same cheese notes, bitter almond notes.
    Palate is juicy, smooth, lower carbonation, red cherry notes, strawberry notes, med body, currants, marascino cherry notes, med finish

    The wine feels more airy, fresh, cherry notes, again some bitter notes.

    The wine shows powerful profile, citrus notes, crunchy, yeast notes, thin spice and oak frame, interesting, marzipan.
    Palate showing the same nutty profile, broad, ripe "warm" profile, citrus, dried citrus fruit, again more vinous for a champagne, tropical fruit concentration, pineapple, mango, med finish
