  • 2019 Domaine de Gouye Saint-Joseph Vieilles vignes 24 mois de fûts

    France, Rhône, Northern Rhône, Saint-Joseph

The wine shows more density and depth than plain VV 2021 tasted before, ripe red and black cherry core, floral notes, nice spice frame.
Palate with much tighter profile, tannins are edgy, elevated acidity, dark fruit, med body, inky, cherry, berry, med finish with a few herbal/licorice notes.
I don’t know whether it will calm down
