Soliloquy represents the continuation of a remarkable journey that began in 1989 when the Flora Springs family recognized the distinctive character of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes from a specific block of their estate Crossroads Vineyard in the prestigious Oakville AVA. Captivated by its unique qualities, they decided to bottle this wine separately, naming it Soliloquy. Shortly after, the world-renowned UC Davis lab certified these grapes as a singular clone, uniquely belonging to Flora Springs. However, in the 1990s, the vines became diseased, nearly facing extinction. Undeterred, the family embarked on an eight-year mission to preserve this piece of Napa Valley history. Through careful cultivation, they regenerated the Soliloquy clone, starting with new plant material in a lab, propagating a few dozen vines in a nursery, and ultimately replanting them in the vineyard. After years of meticulous experimentation with yeast strains, fermentation techniques, aging methods, and varietal compositions, Soliloquy has evolved into the distinctive blend it is today.

    Pale lemon yellow with billowing and beguiling aromas of pineapple, mango, guava, vanilla, orange blossom, mixed citrus (Meyer lemon and mandarin orange)zest and a hint of lanolin On the palate it's medium-bodied and very energetic with zesty, mouthwatering acidity. It shows green apple, Meyer lemon, green mango, white peach, and a hint of guava flavors with a long wet stone finish accented with appetizing bit of oaky bitterness. Blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 8% Malvasia, 7% Chardonnay. Whole cluster fermented on native yeast 14.2% abv| SRP - $70

Flora Springs has been crafting its iconic Trilogy red blend since 1984. Fruit for this Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot in this wine are sourced from two small blocks of within the Komes Vineyard on the gently sloping western hills of the Mayacamas Mountain range in the esteemed Rutherford AVA.

    Deep garnet color with expansive cassis, blackberry, black cherry, boysenberry, leather, chapparal, vanilla, mocha,sandalwood and a a hint of peppercorn aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with balanced acidity and powdery sweet tannins. It shows cassis, blackberry, black cherry, ripe boysenberry, espresso, cacao, vanilla and graphite flavors with a long finish. Blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verddot and 5% Malbec. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in small French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels for 18 months. 14.2% abv| SRP - $100
