My favourite of the tasting, elegant, fresh, secondairy notes perfectly balanced with fruit and slight nutty aromas from aging. Impressive length and complexity and even improving with time. Their inaugural vintage of the 1086 Cuvée
Red apple, brioche, almond, caramel, well made but still young, dosage noticable on the finish, do once again not see the added benefit of a rosé for this style of sparkling wine
More structured, ripe and developed than the 2013, forest fruit, depth and good length, toast, almond showing, more tertiary after the years in bottle, which I think the style needs for complexity
