Deep and rich but with firm and energetic acidity, honey and linen, apple, old-vine concentration, dense and powerful but tightly wound and elegant, silky texture, real drive and length on the finish.
From a single, north-facing plot on kimmeridgien soils, 100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged for 10 months in barrique, full malo, disgorged July 2022 without dosage. A powerful and vinous Champagne, true to the motto of the maison (of Burgundian instinct and of Champenois conviction), ripe but very energetic acidity, flowers and juicy peaches and apricots, rich and creamy, honey and almond, vanilla and toast, excellent intensity and length.
