Naturally complex, juicy and gentle, floral and fresh, mountain air, elegant and flowing, just a whiff of yeastiness from the long élévage (for the 2020 and 2021 components of the wine), gentle bitters, dreamy finish.
Fruit from Languedoc-Roussillon, vinified in Alsace, natural wine. Light and bright, tight and fresh but not tart, vin de soif but not without structure, pepper and flowers, red berries and cherries, juicy tannins, pure and precise style, whiff of carbon dioxide, good length. Lovely wine!
