    Disgorged in August 2021. Made from 100% Pinot Noir. A bright pink rosé color. Red fruits and berries on the nose. Light red cherry, strawberry and some green apple on the medium bodied palate. Moderate mousse and acidity. Went well with an assortment of hors d'oeuvres.

    A bit on the light side - in both color and weight. Slo-oxed for 10 minutes. A mix of red and blue fruits on the nose and medium bodied palate along with spice and juicy acidity.
