    50% C, 25% PN, 25% M, triage Jul 2010, disgorged April 2022, 0g/l, powerful nose of red apple, candied cherry, strawberry, cream and spice, fine bubbles with high acid, with a long finish but not very prominent. Palate a little disjointed with the acid and needs a bit more time to to integrate.

    100% C, base 2019, 0g/l, 7050 bottles, disgorged Jul 2024, from purchased bottles, excellent purity on the nose, lemon, spice, thin on the palate initially but gain weight after time in the glass with banana and vanilla, high acid, med finish but elegant. Excellent first bottle.

    Excellent aroma of soy sauce, spice, white pepper, cigar, superb on the palate with soy sauce, meaty, black tea, drinking excellent with bitter tannins and med acidy. In a prefect stage now.

    Blind, reductive at first, red fruited, meaty, pepper with a blue fruit core, on the palate rustic and smokey, high acid almost unbalance.
