I'm scoring this 1 point higher than Kirkland champagne that I had a year ago. This is a crisp clean prosecco that has nice acidity and goes well with food. I do not detect any rose elements to the flavor.
A year later, another Costco vacation purchase and identical experience. Nice strawberry, good acidity, slight yeast, fairly sweet but the acidity keeps it in check, energetic and mineral-driven. As good as NV rose Champagne.

Pop and pour, drank half the bottle over 2 hours. I thought this had great character and pretty much what you want from a Puligny Montrachet village. Elegant french oak, crisp apple, pear, slight richness.

Uuf-da, I guess Ram's Gate didn't get the memo that California chardonnay producers are dialing back the oak and butter. Full-bodied with golden creamy fruit. Their 2018 estate chardonnay that I had last month was so much different (lemony and acidic) and preferable to me.
Slow O'd an hour. Great balance for a zin with vibrant tart fruit and even some minerality. This was impressive, I had a somewhat high expectation and this exceeded it. I should have waited longer since my last bottle a few months ago but this is drinking so well.
Decanted an hour. Typical modern Napa cab, too much oak, too much fruit, not enough acidity. Flavor profile is slightly sweet, mocha, 3x berries. I don't see this improving.
Slow O'd 12 hours. I guess slow O doesn't do anything for a new wine (?) because this was tight as a drum after that. One hour decant and still grippy, but good structure and went well with a steak. It's hard to assess now and I wouldn't recommend opening one for a few years. This was a vacation Costco purchase.
