Very elegant sparkler, super dry, crisp, good mousse but it's a coiled spring at this stage. I would cellar it and look for some developments om the nose and palate after a few years. Don't serve too cold. I'd probably decant at this stage. Or fill the flutes before the guests arrive.
A serious wine with some complexities yet to unfold, needed a decant on account of the tannins which are very present. Elegant, pinot like in its perfume if not in structure. Long and fresh, liquorice, earth, berries.
Sweet red berries, some woodsy perfumes, oak on the nose but a very soft palate, medium bodied, short finish not entirely together but decent acidity and if you take it for what it is, it is actually a decent pinot fix for the not super wealthy.
