    (Blind) Medium ruby
    Strong pyrazines and red berry fruit.
    Medium body, elevated acid. Medium minus tannins. Fresh. Good integration of bell pepper and cherry. Tasty!

    (Blind) Pale straw. Slightly off dry. 10g?
    Strong TDN / petrol. Nice light rose petal terpenes.
    Alcohol is low: 11.5% (actually 12.5%)
    Acid is high.
    Clean.
    Riesling:
    - mosel kabinett trocken.
    - Australia (would be dry)
    - Austria would be riper

    2023 Mosel Riesling, Kabinett trocken, good quality.
