Introduction

Another one of the great wine dinners organized by Pappas Brothers Steakhouse. Limited seating to 12 people but it was pricey... at around 550 per not including Gat+Tax.

Incredible port like in quality.. tart but not sweet. Just such a strange nose of fresh cut grass cassis... nothing like what a cab should taste like.
