Laura Chenel, Ramona Nicholson and Cindy Pawlcyn presented an outstanding food and wine experience. Romona's winery is across the road from Laura's 'Stornetta Dairy'. Cindy Pawlcyn is the talent behind Mustard's Grill, one of the wine country's all time most successful restaurants. Together they created a wonderful afternoon of wine food and music in Sonoma. Laura even provided an adult pettying zoo with wonderful young goats.

Started with a new wine the 2003 Romona Rose of Pinot Noir. Terrific cheese treats prepared by Cindy's team matched with 2001 Chardonnay, 2001/2002 Estate Pinot Noir and 2002 Merlot. All were terrific and this new wine stop at the entrance to the Sonoma and Napa Valley's was recently noted in the NY Times article on "36 hours in Napa".

Another great afternoon in wine country.
