Base 2020, 100% C, brut nature, disgorged March 2024, 1470 bottles, 81 magnums, 10 jeroboams. Prominent deep aromas of lemon, spice, full body on the palate with spice, orange peel, fine bubbles, med acid with long elegant finish. Excellent champagne but lacks some spark for me.
100% Pinot Gris, dosage 3g/l, disgorged March 2024, base 2021, 1586 bottles, 48 magnums, 10 jeroboams, prominent green fruits, very precise, fine bubbles, med acid, fine tannins with long finish. Expressive but not my preferred style
50% C, 25% PN, 25% M, aged in small Burgundian and Bordeaux barrel for 2 years before 2 more years on lees, zero dosage, 600 bottles, explosive aromas of vanilla, ginger, spice and peach, oak showing a little on the palate , good balance, ginger, spice, fine bubbles with med acid and long finish. Need more time in bottle to tame the oak but expect greatness with this.
