The nose is open, giving, and balanced with tones of red apples, pears, peaches, a touch of honeydew, vanilla beans, white flowers, and biscuit notes. There is a level of elegance and regal qualities to this right now that really works. The Medium bodied feel shows off the balance and elegance of the nose with crisp, high acidity that is showing some good integration. This is really in a great spot. There is freshness and lift, but with a rounded and elegant quality that shows off some maturity.
The nose is friendly and a bit forward with balanced tones of white peaches, green apples, pears, crushed rocks, biscuits, saline, and white flowers. This is nice and fragrant, but it lacks some depth and poise. The Medium bodied feel is balanced and upfront with integrated, high acidity that is there to provide a spine. Like the nose, the tones don’t dig too deep here but they are seamless and rounded. This is pretty ready to drink right now.
The nose is perfumed, deep, rounded, and refined with tones of quince, red apples, pears, nectarines, chalky tones, vanilla beans, apple blossoms, saline, and a touch of flint. This is just sublime in the glass. It has rounded and come into itself with the tones showing some lovely nuance. The Medium bodied feel shows off the depth and refinement of the nose with fresh, high acidity that has persistence. This was just gorgeous and a real win from Agrapart here (especially after the 07). This is just bringing so much poise and nuance while still showing freshness across the nose and palate.
The nose is lively and fresh with a breezy quality to the tones of grapefruit, lemon peels, peaches, green apples, white fruits, chalk, and biscuits. This is nice and fragrant, but the tones don’t dig down too much here. The Medium bodied feel is balanced and fresh with youthful and tart, high acidity. This is fun and fresh, but lacks the seriousness or depth of better vintages.
Oh…….this is nice. This is easily a nose you just want to get lost in. There is a level of depth, poise, and refinement that comes from a wine of this quality. The tones of pears, red apples, cinnamon spice, baking spice, Meyer lemons, quince, white flowers, saline, and tidal pool tones just dance beautifully with each other. The Medium bodied feel shows off the refinement and depth of the nose while having racy, high acidity that has some excellent cut and freshness. This is wonderful. This will certainly age for years to come, but holy wow is it showing gorgeously right now.
