Earthier than normal Limniona, red fruit, more decadent.

The wine shows power and density at frist, very smooth oak profile, sweet spices, walnut, almond, mineral, floral notes.
Palate shows some bitterness, tensity, a whole lot more extrovert, compact, nutty, high acidity, brine, long persistent finish.
Beautiful but let it rest.

2004 Hatzidakis Winery Vinsanto 20 Years Barrel Aged

to be released March 2025, 9.2%, 290gr RS, sampled from 375ml
Very strange and different profile, almost gamey, cherry red and black fruit, chocolate notes, black olives notes, raisin, some marmelade notes.
Palate follows the same pattern, huge sugar content here but also high acidity balancing the result, full body, long persistent finish.
