On the nose it's delicate with pears, flower honey, some vanilla and perhaps a hint of fresh green herbs. It's like a small garden in there! The palate is electrifying with high acidity complemented by plenty of fresh fruits. Long and joyful finish.

The nose tricks you into thinking it's sweet: lots of ripe peaches, hazelnuts and dried apricots. The palate, on the other hand is very clean and lean: perfectly ripe fruit with subtle minerality.
One of my personal favorites of the night. I had to buy a bottle to revisit in a few months.
