Pale gold. Clean crisp lemon zesty, some dried herbs and gentle spice, soft very fine oak, relatively subdued. Med wt, full citrus zest, nice fine spice, very well integrated. Honey and honeysuckle, just a little creamy, mainly taught youthfulness. Very fine, not at all heavy. Long finish. Chablis-like. Delicious.
A better bottle than the previous one but cork a bit dried out. Very clean youthful fruit, dark licorice and floral bouquet. Drying tannins. rich, tasty and refined but still with an impressive level of tannin. Good drinking.
Red tawny colour. Pure long clean, honey apricots and spice, rich but smooth. Med wt, creamy texture, deeply flavoured, super smooth, very long, superb.

Black with dark brown rim. Like incredibly viscous oil. Dinosaur juice. Nose explodes, fumes are terrific. Like a cognac it hardly needs to be drunk to be appreciated. Could sit and sniff for hours. Incredibly unctuous, thick, honey, indescribable flavours, frontingnac, boiled down essence of tropical fruit, heady, huge level of fumes, smokey black fruits, very secondary, charred meats, charcoal, molasses, raisined plums and peaches, honey on not quite burnt toast, vast acidity cleanses after such a rich palate. Not really a wine, more an olfactory amusement park ride.

Burnt colour. Sweet fragrant nose, rich, layered. Nice depth of mellowing fruit, toffee hints, smooth and long, nicely earthy, perfectly balanced, no hard edges. A wonderful mature burg. Delicious.
