Introduction

Our Florida club finished their season with a BYOB. Chef prepared a 4 course meal and we sent out wine suggestions. Lots of wine were available to taste and share. The evening was a great success.

Flight 1 (2 Notes)

Exotic Mushroom & Goat Cheese Tart
Asparagus, Crème Fraiche, Caviar

Flight 2 (3 Notes)

Seared Shrimp
Fontina Grit Cake, Shrimp Bisque and Pancetta

Flight 3 (4 Notes)

Applewood Smoked Prime Striploin
Corn Purée, Smashed potatoes and Horseradish Cream

    This did not disappoint anyone at the table. Utterly luscious both with the color, the palate feel and finish. Thank you Ros.

    Dark color, decanted for 3 hrs, still had tannins. Delicious. Ton of fruit, extremely well integrated.

    Probably one of the best btls I have had. Lighter color, deep and heavy weight on the palate. Smooth and tasty with a long finish.

The club will have an opening and closing event for next season and can’t wait.
