The wine follows its own path in this Chablis line-up, a "low intervention" profile, nutty, almond, ripeness, stone fruit, apricot and peach notes.
Palate shows vibrant, profile, lime, grapefruit and quince, med to full body, high acidity, mineral, very concentrated, compact, dense core, a bit warm (12,5%), long finish
Always nice

The wine shows smoky minerality but in such an extent that it covers all the fruit, some boiled veggie notes too (cauliflower).
Palate shows high acidity, lime, mineral, toasted nuts, too much oak orientated, there is some bitterness here too, concentrated, youthful, green fruit, long finish
weird

The wine feels very closed for now (even though the wine was opened 10 hours ago), mineral, tight, austere, the citrus fruit sits in the back, grapefruit, the wine shows some very fresh minty hues adding to its freshness.
Palate is very smooth though, med to high acidity hiding behind all the sweetness of nectarines (!!), smoky mineral, 13%, very concentrated, compact, full body, long persistent finish.
Dense, give it loads of time but very would be fun to see this with a few more years on its back. Wine of the line-up for me
