Juicy stone fruit on the nose, stony minerality, whiffs of flowers and salinity; supple and fresh palate, good stuffing of glossy fruit, clean and pure, nice hint of saltiness; zesty and minerally finish with the fruit behind, good persistence.

"The thirsty Chef". Blended by The Star Inn * at Harome - and probably only available there. A lovely wine. Glossy and fresh, whiff of new oak, modern but with a good sense of terroir, red and black cherry fruit and spice, silky texture, good weight (14% ABV), finely grained tannins provide good grip, cool minerally core, very good resonance and length with just a bit of back-end heat.
