Tension was the keyword here, created by the great acidity and baked apple, lemon peel, honey notes that it has. Obviously still young, but off to a great start

Maybe it was the setting or the time I got to spend with this glass, but it didn’t show the breath of complexity the two previous bottles showed. It does need a bit of time to reach it’s peak as the tannins are not really integrated yet, but the nose and palate are already gorgeous.
