2022 Domaine des Marnes Blanches Bulle Ton Body Vin de France
France, Jura, Crémant du Jura
Medium intensity, compact, dry fruit, a few herbal notes, grapefruit peel, nutty, broad and a touch earthy.
The palate is creamy, citrus, high co2, some bitter hints in the rather short finish
All and all, this is pleasant

Very sweet with Sauternes-like sweet spices, overripe citrus and stone fruit.
Palate is very balanced, mineral, textured, some oxidative notes, grape marmelade, short to med finish.

Pure Trebbiano 55yo vines, grapes dried indoors, using 70lt chestnut barrels not filled all the way, 200gr RS, sampled from 375ml bottle
The wine smells like Jura/Jerez, oxidative notes, highly VA
Palate shows much better balance in palate but again showing VA notes but all hidden underneath stone fruit notes. Grape jam and spicy notes, it shows some chestnut honey bitter notes, adding tannins too. The bitterness is nicenly intertwined with almost dry white fruit.
At the end of the day this is an interesting wine if you're into geekiness

The wine shows high intensity, more on the black berry fruit side, some oak thickness, chocolate and coffee notes.
Palate shows tensity, fine grained tannins, med body, same flavour profile, dark fruit, some VA notes but well in balance, long finish

Broad profile, loads of red and black fruit notes, sweet spices, decadent, some bacon/savoury spice notes.
Palate shows density, dry red fruit, black fruit, the palate is fresher than the nose, mienral, tight texture, full body, long finish

Grenache blanc, Grenache Gris, Muscat a petit grains, Muscat Alexandria. 16%
Rahter fresh for what it is, candied white berry notes, peach, apricot, lime, grapefruit, pineapple, mandarin, quince jam.
Palate shows full on intensity, white fruit jam, quince, tangerine, pear jam, yellow apple notes, full body, med to long finish.
Some white chocolate notes burried under all that fruit

A bit numb in the nose, ripe red and black fruit, some oxidative notes, sweet spice notes, candied notes, warm, raisin notes, marmelade notes.
Palate is tight, red fruit, med body, tight tannins, red fruit notes, short finish
There is pappery note right in the middle, I think its corked, but the winemaker said no, so....

BIg thick red and black fruit profile, plus, warm, earthy and spicy, olive notes, dark chocolate
Palate shows coffee notes, tight tannins.
This is definately corked and I dont care whay the winemaker claims

The wine shows high intensity in the nose, sweet spices, red currant jam, pomegranate notes, broad, quite sweet but not overpowering.
In the nose, the wine feels sweet, dried red fruit, caramel and nutty notes, some VA notes, raisin, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, full body, nicely balanced, med finish
