Many of the des Grottes wines taste similar. This sparkling Gamay is no different. It is fun. Suck it down with some charcuterie or steak tartare! or as an Aperitif

2021 Frédéric Cossard Alsace Bain de Bulles Artemus Ka 91 Points

In 2021 Cossard tried making 3 petnats, two of them didn't quite get through fermentation and ended up being held back first in tank, then bottle for years, this Muscat based one is the zippiest, more completely vibrant muscat petnat I have had. It was hard to find for a while, but I hear it finally has made it onto the US market. Do yourself a favor, low cost Cossard with a tiny bit of effervescence. Buy it.
