The nose is fresh, vibrant, and expressive with lovely tones of Lemon peels, crushed rocks, green apple, white fruits, acacia flowers, fresh herbs, and some saline notes. There is good depth with it showing itself to be quite open-knit. The Medium bodied feel carries through the vibrancy and freshness of the nose with crisp, high acidity that really makes your mouth water. This is just lovely. It brings excellent balance and freshness across the nose and palate without going too much into the juicy side of the fruit.

The tannins do have a bit of grip to them that sneak up on the back end. This is really pretty, but it feels like it has another gear it can kick into with another 5+ years of age.

This is so layered and beautiful in the glass with a way that makes you take notice. The Full bodied feel is plush and deep with medium acidity and silky, medium+ tannins. The mouth feel is gorgeous. There is a lot of balance and poise that is just a joy to drink right now while it still have room to grow even more.

This will certainly need some time to fully come into itself and balance out. There is a lot to like, but it needs to calm down a bit before it fully expresses itself.
