Introduction
This was Edwards night to host our tasting and he put on a fantastic tasting for our group and several of his guests. All wines are scored based on a 20 pt. scale and represent the average scores for the group of 24.
Flight 1 - 1990 Campagne Pol Roger Brut Chardonnay
One of Edwards favorites to drink and to bring friends together.
Flight 2 - Capraccio of Saint Jacques and Mackenzie River Salmon, Sevruga Caviar, Organic Bermuda Shallots and Micro Green

Edward repeated many of the wines he served to us over two years ago and except for the '85 Meursault-Charmes bottle variation the wines are still standing tall.
