Very pretty on the nose with floral notes and lots of bright strawberry tones. Nice minerality and grit to the aromas; quite lovely. Rich and voluminous on palate entry, showing primarily high toned red fruit, some tartness, and solid minerality. The finish tastes of a cracker, showing some mild acidity hit, and leaves the mouth feeling quite lovely. A vibrant wine, with some bitterness at the tail end, but otherwise beautiful and elegant. Zippy and lean, the wine lingers a long time on the senses.
Soft, mild palate entry, which shows a weird funky rock. Pretty light notes. Rich but mild palate entry, showing some tartness and minerals on a rather chunky texture. Puckering and fairly mild on the finish. Simple stuff, with decent acidity, but rather chunky and foursquare.
Mild and soft aroma, perhaps with some lavender and other floral character coming through. Rich and coating on th palate, showing a nice texture and pretty melon rind notes, sea shells, and other minerality. That mineral laced character is driving the finish, with leaves you with the feeling of crunching on some sea shells. It's a little bitter for me.
A lovely showing for this today. Really green and herbal on the nose, and showing an oyster shell. Something is unique and nice about this aroma in the line up. Quite soft on palate entry, but very pretty, soft and floral, showing some herbs and lovely minerality. Overall quite intense and interesting on the palate. Bitter on the finish, with lots of sea minerals. A pretty wine that comes across quite integrated.
Pretty soft on the nose without too much going on. Much more preset on the palate, though, which is very nice and soft, with killer texture and fine bubbles. Lovely floral character and red fruits that are killer. Sweet fruit on the finish and some bitter minerals as well. Lovely.
Soft, pretty, and elegant nose. Quite lovely. Great attack on the palate, showing lovely ripe red fruits and incredible purity. Killer light minerality that balances the fruit nicely on the tongue. Wow, really lovely and fruit forward attack on the finish at first, but it's constantly balanced with acids and minerals. A really intense, and beautifully balanced wine.
Very strong aroma that reminds me of the char on a steak on the grill... and bit of bug repellant, too. Really intriguing, but I like it. Rich on palate entry with some really intense savory flavors, showing herbs and spices, with some watered down red fruit. Everything is in lovely balance a the wine is held in the mouth. Very beautiful palate. All those notes carry into the finish, which is impeccably balanced and very impressive. Really long and developed on the finish, which lingers beautifully and evolves for even a minute later. It just keeps going and going and changing. A beautiful, fun wine.
Aromas are fairly muted. The palate is creamy and round, showing a really soft body, but it's pretty texturally, showing notes of apple. A little bitter acidity starts on the finish, which is puckering. Pretty simple but still a very confident and solid wine.
Soft, light, and muted nose. Killer palate, though, with plenty of juicy fruit and a really elegant impression. Very pretty floral notes as well. Tastes like cereal. The finish is rich and puckering, and the volume is high, and super intense. Nice acid and fruit, and it lingers with really lovely purity for some time. A fine, lovely wine.
