    Tasted fully blind. Clear, deep golden color. Clean, ripe, fully developed nose. Dry, racy, a bit unbalanced acidity. Only 11% abv. Spicy, fully mature, some oxidative notes. Good grip, structure and tension. Medium length. Past peak, but still enjoyable. So surprised to see what it was. Beautiful. 85-87

    Tasted fully blind. What a surprise to have two wines from the same winery and vineyard without alignment. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium intense, developing nose with ripe stone fruit, sesame, smoke and spices. Noticeable oak, slightly reductive notes. Warm and deep.
    On the palate dry, medium ripe acidity, 13,5% abv and medium+ body. Very spicy, roasted nuts, clear stone fruit. Noticeable oak. Quite dense and deep with a nice complexity and good balance. Seems almost on peak. Long, spicy and fruity finish. 93

    Tasted fully blind. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, developing nose that needs time and air to unfold. At first some lactic notes that vanished over time. Fine pear, whipped cream, fine lemon, white pepper, fresh herbs and blossoms. Beautiful nose.
    Bone dry, medium ripe acidity. 12,5% abv. Medium bodied. Very mineral, smoky lots of pear, white pepper and salt. Creamy, beautifully balanced, harmonious and deep. Good length. Beautiful Silvaner with potential. 92+

    Not a perfect bottle, we assumed slight TCA taint. Fruit faded, quite bitter.

    Popped and poured. Clear, deep golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, fully developed nose with lots of sweet, exotic fruit, slate, flint. Quite baroque, deep and dense and not with the typical SF sulphury notes.
    Dry with some noticeable residual sugar. Very mineral, lots of ripe fruit and some fine bitter notes. Dense, good tension and energy. Long, fruity and mineral finish. Full peak. 93

    Tasted fully blind. Clear, deep golden color. Clean, pronounced and fully developed nose. Lots of sea salt and fine, oxidative notes.
    Bone dry, high, ripe and racy acidity. 12,5% abv. Beautiful structure and texture. Fine roasted nuts, salt. Gets more and more elegant with time and air and develops a nice presence and tension. Long, complex finish. Beautiful wine. 93+

    Tasted fully blind. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium intense, developing nose with some vegetable stock cube notes ad fine vanilla. Interesting and weird.
    Bone dry, medium+, ripe acidity. 13% abv. Very floral, white melon and pure guava juice. With time develops some green, grassy notes and some nettles. Very juicy and young. Good length. 91-92

    Popped and poured. Clear, pale ruby color. Clean, medium intense, youthful-developing nose with fine sour cherries, fresh herbs and hints of vanilla. Quite elegant.
    On the palate dry with some residual sugar. Low tannin, medium alcohol and medium- body. Fine cherries, spices, fresh herbs, white pepper, some muscat and green pepper. Juicy and elegant. Medium length. A very well made Trollinger. 86-87

    Tasted fully blind. Clear, deep golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, fully developed nose with lots of ripe, exotic fruit and cotton candy.
    Sweet, 8% abv, medium+ acidity. Declassified Auslese. Creamy, juicy, dense and deep. Lots of ripe fruit, cotton candy and a nice mineral core. Medium+ fruity finish. Potential for further ageing, but I doubt it will improve. 91

    Clear, glowing deep golden color. Clean, pronounced and fully developed nose. Lychee, elder, cassis and gooseberry mixed with some smoky and speck notes. Very deep and complex, yet very lively.
    Off dry, high, ripe and racy acidity. 8% abv. Wonderful mineral notes, cassis, gooseberry and smoke. Great tension, precision and energy. Long, juicy and elegant finish. Spätlese at its very best and full peak. 94
