    The wine shows peach, apricot, preserved and candied notes, nectarine, some smoky notes, almond ntes, honey, a touch mineral, saffron notes, cumin-like spicyness
    Palate shows airy profile, honey notes, peach, apricot, tin nectarine, low to med acidity, some toasty notes, a bit savoury, short to med finish

    After some time in the glass, it still keeps its form, it gets more bacon-like in both the nose and palate

    The wine keeps the 1976 Hochheimer profie, full spicy, nutty, hazelnut even, fine honey notes, a bit more savoury and heartier
    Palate is very light, airy, med body, the acidity feels lower than expected, mineral, honey notes, nectarine notes, peach, med to long finish

    Much riper than 1976, much sweeter and more savoury too, roasted almond, roasted malt notes in the back, heavier honey notes
    Palate is light, airy, med acidity, mineral, honey notes, apricot notes, peach notes, ripe to overripe cantaloupe, short to med finish

    After some time, it opens up nicely white keeping its form, the acidity gets more pronounced

    Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer

    Bigger and heavier than 1990 auslese, spicy, heavy white floral notes, savoury, honey, nectarine, peach notes, there is a lemon/pineapple aroma way in the back trying to lift everything
    Palate is very smooth, fine acidity, honey notes, apple, apricot, white peach, marmelade, mineral, electryfying, a few smoky hints, med to long finish

    After some time, it gets more herbal, tea/chamomile notes, orange (fruit and blossom), preserved lemon, sugar coatead peach/apricot.

    The wine shows no fruit in the nose, all spice, oak, almond/walnut, bitter coffee notes
    Palate shows sale stone fruit, cantaloupe, honey, thin spicy layer, light oak notes
