Drank with a pineapple scented herb leaf dropped into the glass and a trio of seafood starters (not dropped into the glass). Very crisp and clean, drier than other Oregon sparklers I have tried lately. A nice way to start the night.
Drank with seared albacore tuna and a touch of wasabi. This is my favorite domestic riesling. Has nice amounts of peach, apricot and apple flavors balanced with a minerality typically only seen in German rieslings.

Drank with crab lasagna course. Appealing golden color in glass, strong viognier aromatics with loads of floral scents. Flavor was fairly crisp but had a somewhat bitter finish. Followed an off-dry riesling, which may have impacted my perception.

This was very nice complement to the duck entree. This had subtle fruit, spice and enough complexity on the long finish to be elegant and smooth, however the soft tannins and low acidity would prevent me from sitting on it for too long.
Desert with chocolates and fruit. Fun to drink a nearly 100 year old wine. Still had lots of stuffing, very nutty, carmel, decent acidity to keep the finish from being cloying.
