USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley

Great chardonnay. Crisp, not noticeable oak. Notes of vanillin, honeydew and some lemon. Nice finish.

Tobacco, rich dried cherry and some herbal minerals on the nose. Serious tannin on the palate that softened over the course of the night. Really nice barolo! Finished 2 of 6

May have been an off bottle. I got a band aid note coming through on the nose. Tight bouquet to start, red fruits. Serious tannin on the palate. Towards the end this began to fade. Finished 5 of 6

Surprising this finished 6 of 6. Notes of tar, cherry and atouch of anise on teh nose. Nose much better than the finish. I chalk this off as not being in the window..
