A little more serious than the preceding bottle, still with engaging minerality. Hard to give it the attention it deserved with the marvelous food but proper and I’d seek out again.

Clearly a more ambitious wine than the previous one. A little international, somewhat full in the mouth but honest stuff, and went well with the magnificent Beef.

2024 Quinta de Soalheiro Alvarinho Soalheiro 9% vol

This was *fab*. With that said - more than slightly influenced by the world class “passion fruit” dessert it was served with. Mind blowing.
