Lovely tension and interplay between salty minerality and fleshy fruit, steely acidity, cool elegance, mountain air, linear finish.
Fresh and minerally, ripe citrus (Meyer Lemon, tangerine), pear and flowers, hint of warm spice, light and elegant and supple in style but with a steely core, delightfully playful orchard fruit (quince?) on the finish.
