Drank from magnum. Quite mature with autumn forest and sweet spices. very exclusive and a bit drying in the finish. The leftover kept in an open bottle was still a pleasure the second day. Overall the wine was past its prime, but still a treat.

1990 Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon
France, Champagne
Drank from magnum. There was no mousse left in this bottle. It was very mature with nutty flavors and signs of oxidation. No score although the taste was still ok.
