BTG off the list. Fair mark ups, which I love about this place. Lovely elevated attack, bright acid, some intensity. On the finish...there's this paracetamol bitterness I associate with the vintage. Autosuggestion perhaps? Don't think so. Mrs M said "it was nice, but not much better than a good cremant". Indeed.

2008 Château d'Yquem
France, Bordeaux, Sauternais, Sauternes
BTG off the list. Dark colour. Honey, honeysuckle on the nose. Mid sweet, no marmalade here, and a long finish. Thoroughly enjoyable.
