In the nose the wine shows med intensity, oak based wine, nutty, ripe stone fruit, citrus notes. The wine shows high intensity, almond notes. Palate shows againa focus in oak treatment, high acidity, lime, lemon notes, a bit angular in texture, a few candied notes, med finish. Give it time
The wine shows high intensity, highly floral profile, ripe citrus, tropical fruit notes, there is some oak amond among all the fruit, some spice notes, tea notes, bergamot, candied notes, lime notes. The wine shows a blend of ripe and youthful notes. In the palate, the wine shows med body, floral notes, high acidity, a lot of tea notes, herbal notes, chamomile, citrus notes, pineapple, med finish called this Alsace riesling
In the nose, the wine shows high intensity, a bit smoky/flinty, ripe citrus/lemon/lime notes underneath, quite forward, ripe fruit, everything is handied to you straightaway, some spicy notes, green leafy notes. In the palate, the wine shows a few underlying RS, ripe lime and pineapple, some passion fruit too, med to high acidity, light to med body, med finish, fine thin oak layer. Really elegant for what it is. Called it US chardonnay
Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Barossa Valley
The wine shows med to deep ruby colour. In the nose, the wine shows ripe red fruit, red cherry notes, sweet oak/spice notes, a few varnish notes, some floral notes way in the back, a bit earthy, nutty, cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate, a few candied notes. In the palate, the wine shows pulp-y texture, juicy tannins, a bit warm, very fruit forward, nice acidity, some dark fruit too, med body, med finish. Very youthful still, the oak shows a rather - yet unsettled - bitter spice note.
The wine shows a very thick colour. The wine shows very thick dense fruit forward nose, overripe dark fruit, sweet spice notes, thick oak frame, smooth and warm, fruit in alcohol, nutmeg, clove, VA/varnish, marmelade notes. In the palate, the wine follows the style, warm, overripe blak fruit, thick oak frame, bold tannins, there is a bit of evolution here, some VA notes again, not that pleasant really, med and dry finish. The wine feels a bit boring (if I had to drink a whole bottle), one dimensional
The wine shows bright ruby colour. In the nose, the wine shows high intensity, very fresh, ripe red fruit, red cherry, plums, berry notes. The wine shows a sweet profile overall, fine oak frame, holding the fruit and not covering it, some sweet spice notes, nutmeg, some floral notes, blue berry notes, black cherry notes, as it gets more air a bit of marmelade ? In the palate, the wine shows smooth texture, ripe to overripe dark fruit, juicy tannins, med body. The oak is more upfront now, lacks some freshness though, some sweet spice notes, short to med finish called Pomerol
