Open and recork 4 hours. Still tight and linear. Opened up after 30-60 minutes in the glass. Wonderful texture with brioche, marzipan, lemon curd and a touch of white flowers. Stunning wine, but reinforced my premonition that we need to hold these for a (long) while longer yet.

PnP. Surprisingly tight on first pour but continued to open up with air. Very good structure and weight with a nice balance of fruit. Has continued to improve over the years.

Double decant 3 hours. Very good structure and lift. Continued to open in the glass. Oak is still slightly prominent, but wonderful depth and chew with white fruit. Will continue to improve.

Opened a couple of hours. Beautiful nose on first pour with lovely cherry fruit and spice. Palate had strength and depth. Continued to improve over the evening.

Open 2 hours. Very tight and electric on first pour. Needed as much air as possible. Last sips were the best when the beautiful crunchy red fruits emerged with a lovely backbone of acidity. Needs 5-7 more years to really come together.
