Supple and floral, juicy orchard fruit with a creamy texture, fruit-driven and modern but with a salty and minerally core and hints of pepper and aniseed. Well-designed, likeable but not glib.
Silky and spicy (black pepper), cherries and raspberries, flowers, light but not slight, lovely Fleurie and Gamay typicity, but the finish is chalky and very dry.
